One could fill the pages of this month's newsletter with highlights from these articles by Elizabeth Kolbert. Better that you read it yourself. If you report regularly on global warming/climate change issues, chances are that you've already done so. If you don't, but expect to, get on it: beat it on down to your local library to read all three parts. It's a full day's read, to be sure. But then again, given how long today and tomorrow's science and environmental journalists are likely to be covering this issue, it's a day well spent. Well spent indeed.
